WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Wall Street Journal spoke recently with Boyden Gray PLLC’s Trent McCotter, a partner at the firm who serves as counsel of record for Feds for Medical Freedom – the lead plaintiffs in a major case challenging the Biden Administration’s COVID-19 federal employee vaccine mandate.
Last year, McCotter argued the case, Feds for Medical Freedom v. Biden, before the 17-judge en banc U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which ruled in favor of the firm’s clients. The Biden Administration has now asked the U.S. Supreme Court to vacate that decision. Feds for Medical Freedom and Boyden Gray PLLC have opposed the Administration’s request.
McCotter told the WSJ: “It’s too easy for the government to litigate all the way through and lose and then send the whole thing down the memory hole like it never happened.”
