Andrew Smith is an associate at Boyden Gray PLLC. He served previously as a law clerk to Judge Gregory G. Katsas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and to Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
