Andrew Smith is an associate at Boyden Gray PLLC. He served previously as a law clerk to Judge Gregory G. Katsas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and to Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Smith graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Notes Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Prior to law school, he worked as a policy advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
