Mr. Buschbacher represents public and private companies, trade associations, nonprofits, and individuals in high-stakes litigation and administrative proceedings, with a particular focus on environmental and energy matters.

Emily Correia

Chief of Staff

Emily Correia brings nearly a decade of experience in law firm administration to her position. She previously worked as Ambassador Gray’s executive assistant, a paralegal, and administrative assistant for legal practices specializing in civil litigation, corporate law, and criminal defense.

Jared Kelson

With experience as an attorney-adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice, Mr. Kelson has significant expertise in administrative law, regulatory process, executive authority, and the constitutional separation of powers.

Trent McCotter

Having served as Deputy Associate Attorney General of the United States and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Mr. McCotter has deep experience at every level of federal litigation and with every major federal agency.

Taylor Myers, Ph.D.

Research Fellow

A former researcher and instructor with the University of Maryland, Dr. Myers specializes in fuel and energy law and policy. He is the author or co-auther of more than ten scientific publications and proceedings and is the inventor of two issued patents.

Mr. Orr is an experienced policy advisor, specializing in financial matters such as the effect of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) requirements on businesses and the regulation of investment in small entities.
