For the second year in a row, Super Lawyers Washington D.C. edition recognized BG&A’s Adam White as a “Rising Star.” Adam specializes in administrative law and appellate work covering energy, environmental, and financial regulation issues. He was elected this year as a Council member at the ABA’s Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice, where he also co-chairs the Judicial Review Committee and co-directs its new Series on Supreme Court Developments; he also serves as a member of the Federalist Society’s Administrative Law Executive Committee. In addition to his legal practice, Adam has written several times on legal and regulatory matters for The Weekly Standard, The Wall Street Journal, and other publications; he is an adjunct fellow with the Manhattan Institute.
