Boyden Gray & Associates partner Adam Gustafson will speak on the future of federal biofuels policy as part of a panel of experts at the Iowa Renewable Fuels Summit this month. His fellow panelists are Donnell Rehagen, CEO of the National Biodiesel Board; Devin Mogler, vice president of government affairs at Green Plains, Inc.; and Eric Branstad, managing director of Mercury Public Affairs’ Iowa office. The policy outlook roundtable will address EPA’s forthcoming proposal to allow year-round sales of E15, and other ongoing and future rulemaking proceedings.

Adam Gustafson represents the Iowa Corn Growers Association, the Illinois Corn Growers Association, and the Missouri Corn Growers Association on vehicle- and fuel-related policies before the Environmental Protection Agency and other federal agencies. He has represented corn-growing States, ethanol producers, and other stakeholders in litigation against EPA before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
